Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Scope Panda is an early-stage concept — no product exists yet. This page explains what happens with your information if you join the early access list on our landing page.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

If you visit this page from an ad, standard technical information (like which ad or link you clicked) may also be recorded so we can tell which channels are working — this never includes anything beyond what your browser or the ad platform normally shares.

Why we collect it

Solely to validate this concept and, if we move forward, to let you know when there's something to try. We are not currently operating a product, so your information isn't used for billing, account creation, or anything beyond communicating with you about Scope Panda.

Who we share it with

Your email and survey answers are stored with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email platform we use to manage the waitlist. Kit processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices — you can read their policy at kit.com/privacy.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or other third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing removes you from future emails and, on request, we'll delete your stored information entirely.

Cookies and tracking

This page uses the Reddit Pixel to help us understand which ads led to a signup. It records standard page-visit information automatically, and — only if you complete the waitlist form — a hashed version of your email address, which Reddit uses to match the signup back to the ad you may have clicked. This is limited to confirming the ad worked; we don't use it to build a broader profile of you, and Reddit's own privacy policy governs how they handle it.

Changes to this policy

If this evolves from a concept into an actual product, this policy will be updated to reflect real data practices, and we'll note the change here.

Questions about this policy or your data? Reach out to us at the email address you'll receive our updates from, and we'll respond directly.
