Are the templates free?
Yes. Every questionnaire template is free to use, with no account.
Do I need an account?
No. You edit a form in the browser and download a fillable PDF. Neither you nor the client signs up.
Where are the answers stored?
They aren’t stored here. The PDF is generated in your browser. The client fills it in and sends the file back however you already send files.
How long does it take to receive a reply?
Usually within 24–48 hours.
